Ashes and Dust

sat nam

Fire in Manipura - 3rd chakra.
FIRE IN FIRE
TRANSFORMATION
Here we are able to reduce any substance into its most refined, essential form.
The disintegration of matter into ashes and dust, can also be done on the level of awareness traveling from matter into pure consciousness.

ANGER- THE FIRE DRAGON

The dragon, the robber of ones attention and prana in the fire element, is Anger.
When anger takes over, there is no ability to think or act from clear awareness, everything becomes an amplified burning reaction.
Accumulated frustration, a build up of a sense of injustice - personal, environmental, political, etc. ignites the fire of anger.
However, underneath the surface, lies a reservoirs of pure energy - Prana Shakti - with its potential to move and transform.
It can become Sacred Rage - which is the fuel for revolution - personal or social.
This energy can be used for burning up blockages and impurities from the whole physical/mental system, disintegrating residues that do not serve the system, and keep transforming them into energy that can be applied for healing and for creating.

Rise

I could be wrong I could be right
could be wrong

I could be wrong I could be right
I could be black I could be white
I could be right I could be wrong
I could be white I could be black
Your time has come your second skin
The cost so high the gain so low
Walk through the valley
The written word is a lie

May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you

Could be wrong I could be right
Could be wrong I could be right

I could be wrong I could be right
I could be black I could be white
I could be right I could be wrong
I could be black I could be white
They put a hot wire to my head
'cause of the thing I did and said
And made these feelings go away
Model citizen in every way

May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you

Anger is an energy
Anger is an energy
Anger is an energy
Anger is an energy

May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you

Anger is an energy
Anger is an energy
Anger is an energy
Anger is an energy

Could be wrong I could be right
Could be wrong I could be right
I could be wrong I could be right
I could be black I could be white
I could be right I could be wrong
I could be black I could be white
Your time has come your second skin
The cost so high the gain so low
Walk through the valley

May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you
May the road rise with you

From Fear to Trust

A few months ago, in another room here at Moa - Oasis, I have recorded a talk with Sami Awad - A Palestinian peace activist. ( I had no idea then that I will be here by myself for the 40 days journeyโ€ฆ)
Sami is an inspiring man, who is committed to a continues personal and collective transformation; from fear to love and trust.
In this talk he tells about his journey, and about a very meaningful turning point in his perception of the Israeli- Palestinian conflict, which took place in his visit to Auschwitz.

Today in Israel we commemorate the Holocaust of the Jewish people in Europe.
So it feels like a good moment to remember and to use the memory as an invitation for change, an invitation for compassion and peace.
