What happens when a traditional practice is placed in a new context?
What is carried forward, and what begins to shift?

What unfolds when a practice crosses time, place, and culture—when it meets new bodies, new landscapes, new stories?

In these courses, we enter these questions through direct experience. We work with practices that have already traveled, as well as consciously initiate their movement into new contexts.

You are invited into a journey of practice, reflection, and experimentation—one that brings you into contact with the essential foundations, while opening space for the creative force that emerges when traditions cross thresholds and take root in new ground.

(Isaiah 30:26)

Exploring the dynamics between the polarities - feminine and masculine - and the process of awakening.

On this course we explores the ancient archetypes of the feminine and masculine through the moon and sun. Inspired by a Midrash from the Babylonian Talmud and the teachings of yoga, it offers a prayer for a new dynamic between feminine and masculine energies—awakening conscious masculinity and remembering the full power of the feminine.

Practices draw on the meeting of Kundalini Yoga and Kabbalistic teachings, weaving together the stories of the Moon and Sun, Adam and Eve, the Sefirot, and the Faces.

Here emerges a new approach to the classical Nadi Shodhana meditation, arising from the dialogue between yogic practice and Kabbalistic wisdom, using the vibrations of Hebrew to reveal subtle layers in both.

“The moon’s light will be like the sun’s light”
